Why are your prices so low?
There are several reasons for our low prices. First, we search for the lowest prices among several large distributors and pass the savings directly to you. Second, we keep our overhead low by running a web-based company. And finally, we are not in business to make a fortune. We are computer enthusiast believe that everyone is entitled to quality parts at lowest prices.

Is there a store I can buy from?
If you live in the southern New Hampshire area you can visit our location in Concord.

I don't live in the United States. Can I still order?
We can make shipments outside of the United States.  Please send us an email for these types of orders and we will contact you for any special procedures/information we may need to complete this type of order.

I've placed an order, when can I expect to receive my items?
Items ordered through our online store will give an indication about the availability in stock and expected shipping times.

What is the difference between retail and OEM products?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer.  OEM products are usually sold to computer manufacturers such as Dell, Gateway, Etc... Because most OEM products sometimes do not come with manuals or software, they are sold at a lower price than the retail version.  Many items that are classified as OEM cannot be sold to the end user unless certain conditions are met.  These conditions usually require the purchase of hardware such as a new hard drive or motherboard in order to qualify to buy an OEM product.

I'm having trouble ordering online. What should I do?
If you are having any problems with our site, please let us know! You can reach the webmaster by e-mail at Webmaster. If you can not order online, we will take your order via e-mail until we can resolve the problem.

What do you consider my billing address?
Your billing address is the mailing address on file with your credit card company. If you submit an address that is different than the one recognized by your credit card company, your credit card will be declined.

How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, send a e-mail to Sales

Do you print a catalog?
No. Adrenaline Systems is committed to remaining a Internet-based company. This enables us to provide more timely information and focus on providing the best online shopping experience available. The conservation of paper is also an ecologically sound, cost-effective way to keep our prices as low as possible.

Why was my credit card declined?
Because credit card companies do not disclose your account information to us, we are unable to determine why a card has been declined.  Contact your bank directly for more information. To complete your order you must submit a different card or use an alternate form of payment.
