Services and Support
All requests for technical service and support on product hardware
and software items should be first made directly to the manufacturer
in accordance with their terms and conditions. Adrenaline Systems will provide
answers to inquiries made via email as stated below.. At
Adrenaline we attempt to adhere to the highest possible quality
standards in customer service and consumer value. As always,
please notify us for any additional comments, suggestions, or
requests you may have.
Adrenaline makes
such an effort in providing customer service for one simple
reason--we are a service company, not a
technology reseller as may appear on the surface. As a
service provider we have only our reputation for quality which
can enable us to stand apart from other similar organizations.

Adrenaline's
attentive quality service procedures include:
- We are able to
source a wide variety of computer hardware and
software. If you require something you cannot find
within our site please
email
, chances are we can meet your request at a
reasonable price.
- We can ship
internationally, however this will require slightly
different procedures. Please
email us for these needs
- We have no
re-stocking fees for returned items as you will find on
many sites
- We make every
attempt to respond quickly to calls and emails.
- Many times we may
research a request before returning a call/email.
This may include checking the status of inventory stocking
- We will always
make every attempt to keep you informed about your options and/or
your order status
Shipping
Many of the items you can order from
Adrenaline on-line include shipping in the price. In
addition items in our "Product Catalog" will include stock
status which will give you an idea as to when you might expect the
product. For items sent in for service you pay the shipping to get it here
and we will pay to return the item back to you (normally via UPS
Ground unless you specify differently when you first send us an RFQ
email). Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of
the all the items. There is a minimum shipping charge of $5 per
shipment. There will be an automatic charge of $25.00 to your account for any shipment
that is refused.
Warranty
Products ordered through the
Adrenaline Systems website will be subject to the applicable
manufacturer warranties. You can call the 800 number provided
on the "Product Catalog" page for any customer service questions you
may have. Manufacturer warranties vary on each product. Extended
warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is
subject to change without notice. We will provide warranty
information on custom built systems we build in-house to your
specifications.
Tax
No sales tax will be applied to any order.
